Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Product Management/Development experience with direct involvement with Manufacturing, suppliers, and new products development.
• Fashion Design experience supporting a consumer brand preferred; golf experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead product planning, briefing and execution from concept through commercialization and end of product lifecycle.
• Build product assortments that achieve objectives for consumer segmentation, pricing, positioning, revenue and margin.
• Create comprehensive product briefs under DSPD with insights and financial objectives.
• Master Centric PLM and Asana to manage product information and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop and maintain the Visual Line Plan (VLP) and provide category revenue projections.
• Identify product opportunities through market trends, consumer insights and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with Planning, Marketing and Product Development to optimize forecasting and go-to-market.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and category strategies to regional teams and leadership worldwide.
