Job summary

Adidas Golf Accessories in Carlsbad seeks a Product Developer to drive end-to-end development and commercialization of golf bags, gloves and related categories. The role translates design intent into buy-ready products that meet quality, cost, performance and calendar requirements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant product development or commercialization experience.
• Experience developing bags, gloves, accessories, equipment, or related soft goods.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned Accessories products from seasonal brief through prototyping, testing, costing and production readiness.
• Build and maintain development timelines, specs, BOMs, sample requests and risk logs.
• Translate design intent into technical requirements and work with suppliers to develop scalable constructions.
• Review prototypes for function, dimensions, workmanship, materials and color.
• Ensure products meet milestone, data, quality and buy-ready requirements.
