Salt Fork Lodge is seeking a Pro Shop Attendant to greet guests, manage cart operations, and assist in daily shop duties. You will ensure carts are clean and fueled, restock merchandise, and support guest services in a friendly, professional manner.

The role includes handling tee-time setup and payments, maintaining cash banks, assisting with outings and snacks, and supporting beverage service with flexibility for various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 18 or older required
• Knowledge of golf course operations is desired
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work any shift, weekends and holidays
• Must have a professional, courteous and friendly manner
• Previous cash handling/customer service experience
• Must be able to occasionally bend/stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level, crouch, kneel and repeatedly carry up to 50 lbs
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks within service time frames established by the company

Responsabilités

• Move carts from cart barn to pro shop daily
• Ensure carts are clean and fueled before guest use
• Perform minor cleaning in and around the Pro Shop
• Restock merchandise as necessary
• Maintain an accurate cash bank and deposits as required
• Pick up practice range balls from the driving range and keep range ball supply stocked in the golf shop
• Load, unload, and store guests’ clubs
• Assist with golf outings and tournaments
• Assist with Snack Bar sales as needed
• Handle guest complaints professionally
• Operate Beverage cart as needed

Pro Shop Attendant will be responsible for moving carts from the cart barn to the Pro Shop on a daily basis. Ensures carts are clean and contain the appropriate amount of gas before moving to the shop for guest use. Does minor cleaning in and around the Pro Shop as assigned.

Other Responsibilities:

• Greet golf course guests entering the pro shop
• Set up tee times and collect greens fees or cart fees on Tsnap
• Restock merchandise as necessary
• Maintain an accurate cash bank at all times and deposits money as established
• Pick up practice range balls from the driving range and keep range ball supply stocked in the golf shop
• Loading, unloading and cleaning guests’ golf clubs and storing clubs in club storage area
• Assist with golf outings and tournaments
• Assist with Snack Bar sales as needed depending on business levels
• Handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional manner
• Operate Beverage cart as needed
