Job summary

Salary is paid at $14.75 per hour with variable shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays. You will perform cleaning, maintenance, and routine duties as directed and learn NOVA Parks procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of golf and golf operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with the public.
• Ability to operate cash registers and handle cash accurately.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Willingness to learn NOVA Parks procedures.
• Ability to lift and handle supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operation of facility by collecting fees, taking reservations, operating cash registers, and selling merchandise.
• Greet park visitors, answer questions, provide information, and enforce rules.
• Answer telephone inquiries and direct them appropriately.
• Maintain pro shop appearance and cleanliness, including restrooms and general areas.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings; report unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty.
