Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Golf Professional to build a robust student base through safe, high‑quality instruction and trusted advisor relationships with every golfer. You will partner with local organizations to promote our Golf, Fitting, Lessons and Club Tech services, and collaborate with certified fitters to tailor coaching while driving key financial and metric goals.

Candidates should hold an Active PGA Class A or LPGA membership, have 1–3 years of teaching or club fitting

Qualifications

• Active PGA of America Class A or LPGA member in good standing.
• 3+ years knowledge of club-fitting through experience and/or OEM training.
• Trackman Level 1 & 2 beneficial for coaching and fitting.
• Desire for continued learning and teaching others.

Responsibilities

• Builds student base by creating safe environments for all Golfers and provide high quality instruction.
• Works with local organizations to teach and promote the Dick's House of Sport experience.
• Collaborates with certified fitters and teammates to enhance the Trusted Advisor experience.
