Job summary

Invited at Bermuda Run Country Club is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests. You will support golf operations by assisting with bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and keeping work areas clean and organized.

Responsibilities include staging and storing golf carts, ensuring carts are clean and functional, and providing golf-related services to ensure a seamless experience for all players.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills with members, guests, and staff.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and preparing them for play.
• Promote club events and course conditions to enhance the guest experience.
• Marshal carts, track usage, and ensure carts are clean and well-maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart barn, practice areas, and surrounding spaces.
• Set up and manage practice areas with equipment and range balls.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters for seamless service.
• Complete daily assignments meeting club standards.
