Job summary

The Bridgewater Club is seeking staff to care for golf carts, set up practice facilities, and assist members throughout rounds. You will ensure carts are charged, clean, and stocked, while also loading bags and greeting guests as they arrive.

Responsibilities include maintaining the cart barn, preparing ranges, and cleaning clubs after play. Ideal candidates may have golf experience and must be able to stand for long shifts and lift 30–40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Ideally, either play golf or have worked in golf previously.
• Able to be on your feet for the duration of your shift.
• Able to lift 30-40 lbs.

• Ensure golf carts are charged, clean and fully stocked prior to next use.
• Set up practice facilities (all ranges and short game).
• Load member golf bags when necessary in accordance with tee times.
• Routinely pick practice ranges/short game area and clean/return balls to ranges.
• Maintain cart barn to highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Complete other duties, as necessary (trash, sand bottles, etc.).
• Staff bag drop during operating hours to greet and assist members/guests upon arrival.
• Clean members’ clubs at completion of round.
• Ability and willingness to learn members’ names and greet them.
