Job summary

Bluejack Ranch is seeking an Assistant in Training to join the Golf Operations - Player Services team. You will help manage the outside services of the golf operation, from the practice area to the 1st tee, and assist with the caddie program, valet, and fleet management.

The role requires a can-do attitude, excellent communication, and flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, holidays, and varied hours in outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Can do attitude with willingness to perform at a high level of service.
• Excellent oral communications skills.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to function under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to work a varied schedule that includes early mornings, weekends and holidays and occasional evening functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining all aspects of the golf operation’s outside services, including practice area and 1st tee operations.
• Support golf course operation, comfort stations, The Ringer, caddie program, and valet services.
• Help manage golf car fleet and outside staffing operations.
