Job summary

Bluejack Ranch is seeking a Player Services teammate to assist in the maintenance and management of the golf outside services operation for our new Tiger Woods design course. You will support practice area operations, on-course services, caddie program, and related guest experiences, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays in a full-time, outdoor environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required.
Attention to detail and schedule cultivation.
Effective communication and teamwork in a golf environment.
Can-do attitude with willingness to provide high level of service.
Valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
Willingness to work early mornings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Maintain and assist in areas: practice area, 1st tee, golf course operation, comfort stations, The Ringer, retail, lessons, club fitting, caddie program, golf car fleet management, outside staffing, valet, club repair and Performance Center.
Support in daily golf outside services operations and guest experiences.
Collaborate with team to ensure outstanding service and course readiness.
