Job summary

Bluejack Ranch is seeking a Player Services team member to assist in the maintenance and management of all aspects of the golf outside services operation. The role works within the Golf department reporting to the Assistant Golf Professionals, and involves helping curate the golf operation of our new Tiger Woods design course.

This full-time position requires flexibility to work early mornings, weekends and holidays in an outdoor setting, with emphasis on dependability, teamwork and outstanding

Qualifications

• High School Degree required.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow cultivation schedules.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Can-do attitude with high level of service.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Able to stay organized and work independently.
• Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and assist in practice area, 1st tee, golf course operations, comfort stations, The Ringer, retail, lessons, club fitting, caddie program, golf car fleet management, outside staffing operation, valet, club repair and Performance Center.
• Support staff and contribute to a high level of service for members, guests and colleagues.
• Help manage outdoor operations and ensure smooth golf services throughout shifts.
