Job summary

Bluejack Ranch in Texas is seeking an Assistant in Training in Golf Operations - Player Services. This role supports the outside services team across the practice area, first tee, course operations, and valet, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate is a PGA Associate or candidate, with a can-do attitude, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure. A valid driver’s license, strong organization, and physical stamina are required for outdoor, varied-weather

Qualifications

• PGA Associate status or in active association
• Strong customer service mindset and willingness to work in a golf club setting
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Organizational skills to manage multiple duties and teams

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of the golf operation’s outside services.
• Support practice area, 1st tee, golf course operations, and comfort stations.
• Oversee The Ringer, caddie program, cart fleet, outside staffing, and valet operations.
• Show initiative in assisting teammates and covering roles as needed.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

will help maintain all aspects of the golf operation’s outside services: practice area, 1st tee operation, golf course operation, comfort stations, The Ringer, caddie program, golf car fleet management, outside staffing operation, and valet.

• PGA Associate
