Job summary

Paramount Country Club is seeking a Head Golf Professional to lead the golf program and serve as its ambassador. You will supervise operations, manage staff, and coordinate with the Superintendent, F&B, and Membership to deliver a premier member experience.

The role emphasizes teaching, fitting, and developing a robust development program for all skill levels, including juniors, with strategic budget oversight and collaboration with club leadership.

Qualifications

• PGA/LPGA Class A certification is required.
• 3–5 years minimum experience as Head or Senior Assistant at a private country club.
• Proven leadership to hire, train and mentor a high-service team.
• Familiarity with GolfGenius, POS/tee-sheet systems, and launch monitors (TrackMan/FORESIGHT).
• Strong communication skills with members, leadership, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day golf operations, tee-sheet management, pace-of-play enforcement, cart fleet and locker room operations.
• Lead member and guest experiences, tournaments, and policy compliance with professionalism.
• Develop and manage staff, perform reviews, and support PGA certification and career growth.
• Collaborate with Club leadership, Golf Course Superintendent, and department heads to coordinate play and events.
• Prepare operating and capital budgets for the Golf Department and monitor monthly performance.
