Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Supervisor at our premier golf club in North Carolina. This role oversees the Outside Services team, guiding cart management, bag handling, and practice area setup to deliver a seamless, high-quality golf experience for members and guests.

You will train and mentor staff, ensure adherence to club standards and etiquette, coordinate with range attendants and marshals, and maintain clean, organized service areas while supporting daily operations and guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication and etiquette for guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Outside Services team, recruit, hire, schedule and train.
• Monitor staff time reporting for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Assist golfers with bag loading, club cleaning and play prep; provide etiquette guidance.
• Oversee cleanliness and functionality of outside service areas and carts.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals and starters for smooth service.
• Ensure pro-shop and practice areas remain tidy and well-organized.
