Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Supervisor in Suwanee, GA to lead the Outside Services team and deliver exceptional member and guest service on the golf operation. You will oversee cart management, bag handling, practice-area setup, and maintain readiness to standards.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, monitor time reporting, and collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters to ensure smooth service across the course while upholding safety and etiquette.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Outside Services team, including staff recruitment, hiring, scheduling, and training, to ensure consistent delivery of service excellence.
• Monitor staff time reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with club policies.
• Assist golfers with bag loading, club cleaning, and play preparation while offering etiquette guidance.
• Oversee cleanliness, organization, and functionality of outside service areas, including the cart fleet.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters to ensure smooth service delivery across the course.
• Ensure outside service areas are tidy, debris-free, and well-organized.
