Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in golf operations, resort recreation, or guest-driven environments.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through in fast-paced settings.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest moments.

Responsibilities

• Support daily golf operations, ensuring an inviting, organized, high-performing experience from arrival through departure.
• Provide visible leadership across the golf shop, player services, tee-time operations, tournaments, and on-course guest touchpoints.
• Create memorable service moments for resort guests, members, groups, and local players with warmth and poise.
• Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and motivating team members to uphold hospitality and operational standards.
• Help manage merchandise presentation, inventory, retail sales, and golf-shop performance with attention to detail.
• Support tournaments, outings, clinics, and events showcasing energy and hospitality of the resort.
• Partner with resort, food and beverage, grounds, and events teams to create a connected guest journey.
• Maintain knowledge of golf operations, pace-of-play, safety, and service recovery techniques.
• Step in wherever needed to ensure every role on the course contributes to the experience.
