Overview

Good 2 Great Golf is an award-winning indoor golf academy and performance facility in Tucson, Arizona. We are seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Golf Operations Leader to oversee day-to-day facility operations, supervise our Golf Assistants, provide exceptional customer service, and support the continued growth of the business.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working with people, takes ownership of responsibilities, and can operate effectively without constant supervision. The position also supports our marketing, social media, customer communications, and community outreach.

This is a full-time position averaging approximately 35 hours per week. Some evening and Saturday availability is required.

This position is intended for someone looking for more than a short-term job. We are seeking an individual who wants to grow with Good 2 Great Golf, take on increasing responsibility, and have opportunities for increased compensation based on performance.

Previous experience in operations, customer service, hospitality, retail, recreation, or staff supervision is preferred.

The successful candidate should demonstrate:

• Dependability, punctuality, accountability, and professional communication
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently
• Above-average computer skills and experience working with scheduling and point-of-sale technology
• Proficiency with social media and marketing, along with an outgoing personality suited for customer interaction and community outreach

Golf industry experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate on our TrackMan technology, programs, memberships, and golf performance services.

Essential Responsibilities

• Staff Supervision: Supervise, schedule, train, and provide day-to-day direction to Golf Assistants while maintaining high standards for professionalism and customer service.
• Customer Service & Operations: Oversee front desk and facility operations, assist customers with reservations, memberships and services, complete customer follow-ups, and help ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Technology & Administration: Manage scheduling, customer accounts, point-of-sale transactions, email, and other business systems. Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative responsibilities.
• Marketing & Community Outreach: Create and manage social media content, assist with newsletters and promotions, support special events, and develop relationships within the local golf and business communities.
