2nd Swing is seeking an Operations Expert to keep store operations running smoothly by receiving, processing, and shipping golf equipment in Scottsdale, AZ. This part-time, in-store role has no remote work option, and weekend availability is required.

Candidates should have 3+ years in shipping, receiving, or warehouse work, strong attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset with knowledge of golf equipment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory operations experience.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
• Experience picking, packing, labeling, and processing shipments accurately.
• Familiarity with inventory systems or warehouse software.
• Knowledge of golf equipment and terminology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Reliable, team-oriented with flexible part-time seasonal schedule.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming golf equipment and inventory.
• Pick, pack, label, and ship customer orders.
• Verify product details and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Organize inventory in storage and warehouse areas.
• Process shipments, transfers, and returns.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies and shipping issues.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with store and operations teams on issues.
• Support daily operations and seasonal demand.
• Work to ensure accuracy and efficiency in fulfillment.
