Four Seasons Naples Beach Club is seeking a Golf Services Attendant to deliver exceptional hospitality throughout the golf experience at The Gardens, a Tom Fazio-designed course. You will support cart preparation, bag handling, practice facility operations, and daily guest services with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Professionalism, teamwork, and a commitment to high standards are essential as you assist members and guests in a fast-paced outdoor setting, promoting a premier resort

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Interest in golf is helpful but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests professionally and warmly.
• Load/unload and care for golf bags and carts.
• Prepare, stage, and maintain golf carts to club standards.
• Ensure carts are stocked and ready for daily play.
• Assist with equipment and provide directions as needed.
• Support practice facility operations and upkeep of areas.
• Maintain clean, organized staging areas and carts.
• Monitor inventory of range balls, towels, water, and supplies.
• Assist with tournament and member events setup and breakdown.
• Respond to member/guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Promote hospitality and service excellence on the golf operation.

About The Role:

The Golf Services Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service and support to members and guests throughout their golf experience at The Gardens, the Tom Fazio-designed championship course. As a key member of the outside services team, this position helps ensure the golf operation is organized, welcoming, and presented to the highest standards.

Working closely with the Guest Services Manager and golf operations team, the Golf Services Attendant assists with golf cart preparation, bag handling, practice facility operations, and daily guest services. This role requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Our goal is to provide a best-in-class golf experience that exceeds expectations and reflects the elevated lifestyle and service standards of Naples Beach Club.

What you will do

• Greet members and guests in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner.

• Assist with the loading, unloading, cleaning, and storage of golf bags.

• Prepare, stage, clean, and maintain golf carts to club standards.

• Ensure golf carts are properly stocked and ready for daily play.

• Assist members and guests with golf equipment and provide directions as needed.

• Support daily practice facility operations, including range setup, range ball collection, and maintaining cleanliness of the practice areas.

• Keep the staging area, bag room, cart barn, and practice facilities clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of range balls, towels, water, and other operational supplies.

• Assist with tournament and member event setup, execution, and breakdown.

• Provide support for member and guest requests promptly and professionally.

• Communicate effectively with the Guest Services Manager and golf operations team regarding daily activities and member needs.

• Follow all club safety procedures and operational standards.

• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

• Maintain a highly visible presence around the golf operation while promoting a culture of hospitality and service excellence.

• Represent Naples Beach Club with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to creating exceptional experiences for members and guests.
