About The Role

The Golf Services Attendant and Caddie play an integral role in delivering an exceptional golf experience to members and guests at The Gardens, the Tom Fazio-designed championship golf course. Whether supporting daily golf operations or providing personalized on-course service, these positions help ensure every round is delivered with professionalism, hospitality, and attention to detail.

Working closely with the Guest Services Manager, Golf Services & Caddie Manager, and Golf Operations team, team members support all aspects of the golf experience, from golf cart preparation and practice facility operations to providing world-class caddie services. These roles require a positive attitude, strong work ethic, passion for service, and commitment to creating memorable experiences.

Our goal is to provide a best-in-class golf experience that exceeds expectations and reflects the elevated lifestyle and service standards of Naples Beach Club.

What You Will Do

• Greet members and guests in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner.
• Assist with the loading, unloading, cleaning, and storage of golf bags.
• Prepare, stage, clean, and maintain golf carts to club standards.
• Ensure golf carts are properly stocked and ready for daily play.
• Assist members and guests with golf equipment and provide directions as needed.
• Support daily practice facility operations, including range setup, range ball collection, and maintaining cleanliness of the practice areas.
• Keep the staging area, bag room, cart barn, and practice facilities clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of range balls, towels, water, and other operational supplies.
• Assist with tournament and member event setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Provide support for member and guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Communicate effectively with the Guest Services Manager and golf operations team regarding daily activities and member needs.
• Follow all club safety procedures and operational standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Maintain a highly visible presence around the golf operation while promoting a culture of hospitality and service excellence.
• Represent Naples Beach Club with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to creating exceptional experiences for members and guests.

Caddie Responsibilities

• Deliver a first-class caddie experience that exceeds member and guest expectations.
• Carry, transport, and care for golf bags and equipment throughout the round.
• Provide accurate yardages, course information, and strategic course management recommendations.
• Assist with green reading and putting advice when appropriate.
• Monitor and maintain proper pace of play.
• Anticipate member and guest needs before they are requested.
• Serve as a knowledgeable and professional representative of The Gardens at all times.
• Clean clubs throughout the round.
• Tend flagsticks according to member preferences and club standards.
• Rake bunkers, replace divots, fill divots with sand, and repair ball marks.
• Assist in maintaining the presentation and conditioning of the golf course.
• Build relationships with members and guests through exceptional hospitality.
• Learn and remember member preferences whenever possible.
• Share knowledge of course conditions, daily setup, and club traditions.
• Maintain professionalism, discretion, and positive communication throughout the round.
• Create an enjoyable and memorable experience for golfers of all skill levels.

What You Bring

• Passion for golf and delivering exceptional service.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette and the Rules of Golf.
• Ability to provide accurate yardages and basic course management recommendations.
• Ability to remain attentive, energetic, and engaged throughout an entire round.
• Ability to walk 18 or more holes while carrying or assisting with golf bags.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Previous caddie experience preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of golf strategy and green reading preferred.
• Luxury hospitality or private club experience preferred.
• Positive friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to communicate effectively with members, guests, and team members.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Willingness to learn and maintain high service standards.
• Ability to lift and transport golf bags and equipment as required.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and special events.
