Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• 1-3 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to perform basic math and operate with currency, measurements, and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, guiding them through the sale, and promoting the Scheels Visa Credit Card.
• Maintain expert-level product knowledge and lead product knowledge training for other associates.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Manage inventory by running and analyzing internal reports and maintaining organized backstock.
• Ensure product displays are accurate with correct pricing, signage and tagging, and maintain a professional, team-oriented atmosphere.
• Communicate professionally with colleagues, vendors, and the Scheels Campus; follow safety standards.
