Responsabilidades

• Maintains exterior cleanliness and appearance by emptying trash, sweeping walkways, and arranging outdoor furniture.
• Maintains interior cleanliness by sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.

We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Summary

Duties will include sweeping mopping, cleaning multiple bathrooms on 3 courses weekly. Additional maintenance and assistance where needed. Provides daily repair and maintenance services for all aspects of the operation, including offices, public spaces, restroom facilities, grounds and other areas as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation, including, but not limited to, electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of the exterior of the facility, including, but not limited to, emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility, including, but not limited to, emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.
• Identifies and reports to supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Education/Experience

Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Physical Demands

Frequently uses hands, reaches with hands and arms. Regularly climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, crawls, stands, walks, sits. Frequently lifts or carries up to 50 pounds.

Environment/Noise

Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions, near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles. Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions. Noise level is moderate.
