Job summary

Silverado Resort in Napa, CA is seeking a Part-time guest service attendant to support our guest-facing golf operations. You will assist at the bag drop, set up driving range, welcome guests after their rounds, and help maintain pace of play with friendly service in a busy resort setting.

The role emphasizes strong hospitality, outdoor duties, and teamwork to ensure an exceptional guest and member experience. Prior hospitality exposure of a few months is valued.

Qualifications

• One to three months related experience and/or training.
• Heart of hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and players, assist at bag drop, stage clubs on golf cars, welcome guests upon completion of their round, clean clubs, and store clubs when requested.
• Act as Starter by greeting each group in a friendly manner and explaining rules and course etiquette.
• Facilitate orderly and timely pace of play to prevent delays and answer questions in a friendly manner.
• Keep a record of starting times and golf car numbers for each group.
• Set up and stock the driving range and keep the area clean and orderly for members and guests.
