The Golf Guest Services Attendant plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional golf experience for our guests and members. As the first and last point of contact in our golf operations, this position requires a high level of personalized service and familiarity with guests by name, ensuring an outstanding golfing journey. Responsibilities also include maintaining carts, bag drop, staging areas, practice zones, and grounds to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Master the procedures for the role and understand the golf industry and terminology thoroughly.
• Assist guests with golf equipment management upon arrival and departure.
• Keep the Cart Barn and related areas clean and organized.
• Facilitate and enhance play on the golf course.
• Provide exceptional service at every opportunity, including the parking lot, staging area, and driving range.

This position reports to the Assistant Golf Professional.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Refined verbal communication skills are essential.

• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Comfortable standing for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of golf is a plus.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
