Job description

The Golf Guest Services Attendant plays a crucial role in providing an exceptional golf experience for our guests and members. As the first and last point of contact, this role requires personalized service and familiarity with golf operations. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of carts, staging areas, and grounds, assisting guests with equipment, and facilitating golf course play. The position reports to the Assistant Golf Professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and follow all procedures related to the role, with a solid knowledge of golf industry terminology.
• Assist guests with golf equipment upon arrival and departure.
• Maintain the Cart Barn and related areas in excellent condition.
• Ensure smooth and efficient play on the golf course.
• Deliver outstanding service in the parking lot, staging area, and driving range.
