Job Title: Golf Guest Services Attendant

The Golf Guest Services Attendant plays a vital role in creating an exceptional golf experience for our guests and members. As the first and last point of contact in our golf operations, this position requires personalized service, attention to detail, and familiarity with golf terminology. Responsibilities include maintaining carts, managing the bag drop, staging areas, practice zones, and ensuring the surrounding grounds are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Master the role's procedures and possess a thorough understanding of the golf industry and terminology.
2. Assist guests with the movement, cleaning, and storage of golf equipment upon arrival and departure.
3. Maintain the Cart Barn and related areas in excellent condition.
4. Facilitate and enhance play on the golf course.
5. Provide exceptional service at various touchpoints, including the parking lot, staging area, and driving range.

This position reports to the Assistant Golf Professional.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Comfortable standing for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Golf knowledge or understanding is a plus.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
