Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand shopping needs and providing clear, accurate product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert, focusing on selling skills and operational processes.
• Demonstrates efficiency in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset; ensures products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged on their terms.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment.
• Promotes participation in company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Creates an environment where teammates and athletes are welcome and treated with respect, adhering to safety, loss prevention and SOPs.
