Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf is seeking a friendly On Course Host in La Quinta, CA. This part-time role welcomes players at the first tee, provides course information, and supports pace of play and safety throughout the round.

You will coordinate with the Head Golf Professional and fellow staff, ensuring a positive guest experience and smooth daily operations on the links. Prior golf or guest service experience is preferred, with flexible weekends required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Experience in customer service at a golf course or similar setting.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions.
• Strong communication with customers and team members.
• Desire to contribute to a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet players at the first tee and ensure an exceptional golf experience.
• inform players of course rules and pace of play.
• Monitor and assist with pace of play and safety on course.
• Maintain welcoming area and restock amenities.
• Provide excellent customer service and support the Golf Shop as needed.
• Record tee times and cart numbers for groups.
• Communicate schedule changes and course information to the team.
• Uphold safety and assist with course operations as required.
