Job summary

Bella Ridge Golf Club in Johnstown, CO is seeking a Golf Service Ambassador to deliver premier service to members and guests. You will assist with bags, carts, range, valet and caddie services, while maintaining a polished professional appearance and a helpful demeanor throughout shifts.

The role emphasizes guest support, equipment upkeep, and daily setup/breakdown of practice areas, with opportunities to grow within a Troon-managed property.

Qualifications

• Previous golf course experience required.
• Valet or caddie experience preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable industry software programs preferred.
• Member of the PGA or PGA Apprentice program actively working to attain PGA Professional status preferred.
• Knowledge of the game of golf and its rules preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Displays a professional appearance and attitude; remains courteous to members and guests at all times.
• Safely Valets member and guest vehicles as needed.
• Brings golf carts from cart shelter to cart staging area, checks tire pressure and safety.
• Loads bags from bag storage room onto golf carts.
• Sets up and breaks down practice areas on a daily basis.
• Transports range balls to each end of range and fills appropriate containers.
• Maintains proper appearance and supply levels for all practice areas.
• Provides on course player assistance (caddie duties) as needed.
• Maintains security, cleanliness of and order of all golf equipment in storage.
• Tows cart to cart maintenance facility and assists in maintenance/repair.
