Cabot-Managed Properties at Cascata Golf Club in Boulder City, NV is seeking a personable Retail Attendant to support day-to-day shop operations, greet guests, check in players, display merchandise, answer phones, and collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Reports to Head Golf Professional; requires High School education and 1+ year upscale retail experience; knowledge of golf industry is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school education or above.
• 1+ year upscale retail experience.
• Golf knowledge or interest is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by providing professional, courteous, and personalized assistance in accordance with club standards.
• Manage golf shop operations by greeting and checking in guests, answering questions, processing transactions, and supporting daily retail activities.
• Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and upsell or cross-sell merchandise to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain appearance, cleanliness, and organization of the golf shop, including merchandise displays and sales areas.
• Assist with merchandise receiving, stocking, inventory counts, inventory control, and sales record accuracy.
• Coordinate with Guest Services to communicate guest requests and ensure a seamless guest experience.
