American Golf Corporation seeks an Event Sales Manager in New York to build relationships with members and guests, selling private events and golf tournaments. You will plan, coordinate, and coordinate all event aspects while delivering exceptional service.

The role emphasizes market development, event sales execution, and collaboration with culinary and management teams to meet revenue goals. Evening and weekend work may be required.

• Develop market segments and solicit new customer relationships while maintaining existing relationships.
• Sell and market to external markets for events, including corporate meetings, weddings, and fundraisers.
• Act as an ambassador for the property to maintain repeatable business and prospect for new events.
• Heighten community awareness through bridal shows, golf shows, and other public events.
• Be active in social media and public forums to promote the venue.
• Maximize tournament revenues by selling groups of 20+ players and optimize tee time yield.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menus and with management on events.
• Create a definitive sales and marketing plan to meet departmental revenue goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
