DICK’S Sporting Goods in the Allentown area is seeking store teammates who greet customers, understand needs, and support their shopping experience through product knowledge and attentive service.

You will uphold merchandising standards, participate in floor sets, price changes, inventory presentation, and maintain safety and loss-prevention policies, creating an inclusive, welcoming store environment for teammates and customers alike.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Golf industry experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their needs to support their shopping experience.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage, and inventory presentation.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and private label enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected.
