DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking team members to deliver exceptional customer service in the golf services area. You will help athletes by identifying needs and guiding them to the right clubs, fittings, and repair options.

Promoting loyalty programs and adhering to store policies, you will contribute to a welcoming, high-performing in-store environment while helping maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Golf industry experience preferred.
• Golf fitting experience preferred.
• Associates degree or technical diploma in the Golf industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains relationships with customers and earns their trust through diplomacy.
• Directs athletes to the golf services area and suggests products to meet needs.
• Educates customers on club fittings and repair services to boost sales.
• Make equipment and accessory recommendations tailored to the customer.
