Landscapes Golf Management and The Short Course at Mountain Shadows are seeking a full-time Turf Equipment Technician to maintain and repair mowing equipment, golf carts, and small tractors. The Short Course at Mountain Shadows is an 18-hole par-3 course located at the base of Camelback Mountain, known for top rankings and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Associate degree in related field preferred.
• 2 years of experience in small engine repair or lawn and garden equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes, works and acts in a manner consistent with the values of LGM.
• Maintains and inspects the mowing equipment to identify repair and maintenance needs; reports issues.
• Performs maintenance procedures and completes identified repairs for mowing equipment, club cars, small tractors and loaders.
• Establishes and maintains a preventative maintenance program for all golf equipment and carts.
• Operates small engine equipment, golf carts, small tractors and loaders.
• Trains operators on the proper use of the equipment in a safe manner.
• Purchases parts for maintenance of grounds keeping equipment and carts.
• Maintains records associated with maintenance and repair of the equipment.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area.
• Observes safety procedures and participates in the safety program.
• Attends staff meetings and contributes to club and company success.
• Performs additional assignments per direction of managers.
