Qualifications

• Experience with light and heavy maintenance equipment and automotive apparatuses.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical troubles and determine maintenance needs.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and upholds the company values in daily work.
• Maintains and inspects mowing equipment and reports issues to the Superintendent.
• Performs maintenance procedures and repairs on mowing equipment, club cars, small tractors, and loaders.
• Establishes and maintains a preventative maintenance program for all golf equipment and carts.
• Operates small engines, golf carts, and loaders.
• Trains operators on safe equipment use and proper operation.
• Purchases parts for maintenance and keeps records of repairs.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and adheres to safety programs.
