Job summary

Shady Hollow Golf Course is seeking an experienced Golf Course Superintendent to oversee all aspects of golf course grounds maintenance and to lead the daily operations of the maintenance department.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional playing conditions while managing staff, equipment and irrigation systems, budgets, and course improvement projects. The course features Bent grass greens, Bermuda tees and fairways, and requires strong leadership and pesticide certification readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of golf course maintenance management experience.
• Strong knowledge of turfgrass management, irrigation systems, and golf course operations.
• Experience leading and developing maintenance teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain applicable pesticide applicator certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of golf course grounds maintenance and lead the daily operations of the maintenance department.
• Deliver exceptional playing conditions while managing staff, equipment, irrigation systems, budgets and course improvement projects.
