Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leading golf course or turf management teams.
• Proven ability to manage irrigation, pests, and course equipment.
• Strong budgeting, planning, and staff development skills.
• Experience leading 15+ team members on a private/resort course.

• Experience in leading a team of 15+ team members
