• Must be able to manage and direct staff to complete daily maintenance activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ownership, management, and members.

Responsibilities

• Direct staff to perform daily maintenance tasks and ensure quality grounds upkeep.
• Communicate daily course conditions to Pro Shop staff.
• Attend weekly staff meetings with General Manager.
• Develop and track maintenance budget and agronomic plan.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Plan and direct projects in the Long-Range Plan of Improvements.
• Assist in maintaining the course to a written Course Road Map.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment for members and staff.
• Possess or obtain within 30 days a Virginia Pesticide Applicators License.
• Project supervision experience is recommended.
