Job summary

Quarry Oaks Golf Club is seeking a Golf Course Superintendent to join our agronomy team. This role assists the Director of Agronomy in daily maintenance, supervision of staff, and execution of agronomic programs to keep our championship course in top condition.

Candidates should have an associates degree in Turfgrass Management or related field, at least three years of leadership experience, and Nebraska pesticide license or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Turfgrass Management, Agronomy, or Horticulture, or related field.
• 3 years of golf course agronomy experience, including leadership.
• Nebraska Pesticide and Fertilizer License or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Agronomy in planning and executing maintenance operations.
• Supervise daily maintenance staff and ensure safety and high standards.
• Execute agronomic programs to maintain world-class playing surfaces.
• Monitor turf health and course conditions; recommend solutions.
• Assist with irrigation management and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of agronomic applications.
• Support tournament preparation and championship-level conditions.
