Job summary

Quarry Oaks Golf Club, a NEBCO Company, is seeking a Golf Course Superintendent to join our team and lead daily maintenance operations. You will oversee agronomic programs, supervise staff, and ensure top-tier conditions for a championship course.

Collaborate with the Director of Agronomy to maintain world-class playing surfaces, monitor turf health, and manage irrigation and cultural practices safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Turfgrass Management, Agronomy, or Horticulture.
• 3 years of golf course agronomy leadership experience.
• Nebraska Pesticide and Fertilizer License or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Agronomy in planning and executing golf course maintenance operations.
• Supervise daily activities of maintenance staff, ensuring safety and high standards.
• Execute agronomic programs to maintain premier turf conditions and playability.
• Monitor turf health and course conditions, identifying issues and recommending solutions.
• Assist with irrigation scheduling, repairs, and water conservation practices.
