Job summary

Chaple Ridge Golf Course is seeking a full-time, salaried Golf Course Superintendent. The role includes medical, dental, vision coverage, generous PTO and holiday pay, with a salary of $75K to $90K per year depending on education and experience.

Responsibilities include managing agronomy for the course and grounds, budgeting, staff development, safety compliance, and coordinating with department heads during events and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BS) or Associate degree (AA) or equivalent in agronomy or related field.
• Degree preference in agronomy/horticulture/plant/soil science.
• License: state pesticide applicator within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage BMPs for golf course, property, and club house grounds.
• Build a detailed 12-month agronomic plan, labor plan, and operational budget.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage a strong maintenance team.
• Maintain safety program and ensure regulatory compliance.
