ZEALANDIA HOLDING COMPANY is seeking a Part Time Starter/Player Assistant at Wachesaw Golf in Murrells Inlet, SC. The role directs the flow of traffic, enforces course rules, and guides players in etiquette while supporting tournament operations and course maintenance.

This position requires enthusiasm, excellent communication, and a valid driver’s license. You will educate players on pace of play and golf etiquette, and assist with on-course issues throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Knowledge of the rules of golf; excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to enforce golf course policies with firmness and tact; make customers feel welcome.

Responsibilities

• Direct the flow of traffic and enforce course rules.
• Instruct players in etiquette and pace of play; maintain starting time intervals.
• Assist in tournament operations and greens maintenance tasks.
• Educate players about pace of play, golf rules, and etiquette.
• Escort unauthorized individuals from the course and rake sand traps.
