Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells, WI seeks a Player Assistant / Starter to deliver a friendly, responsive golf experience and support the leadership team in upholding our Promise to Lead with Love. You will interact with golfers, inform players of course conditions, keep tee times moving, and communicate with the golf shop to maintain an up-to-date tee sheet.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in person.
• Ability to be a team player and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to present information in one-on-one, small group situations to guests, clients, and other associates is a must.
• Possess good mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with golfers in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Responsible for informing players of course conditions and local rules.
• Keep tee times moving on time and in an orderly manner.
• Communicate with the golf shop and keep up-to-date and accurate tee sheet.
• Track players and their speed of play.
• Communicate with marshals on course with any potential pace of play problems.
• Any additional tasks assigned by a manager and/or supervisor.
