Arcis Golf at Ocotillo Golf Club in Chandler, AZ is hiring a Part-time Golf Course Starter to set the tone for every round. You’ll greet guests, explain course rules, and help players feel welcomed and prepared.

You will manage the first tee, monitor pace of play, and coordinate with the Golf Shop and Guest Services to keep play moving smoothly. A friendly, proactive attitude is essential for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to keep pace and assist guests proactively.

Responsibilities

• Greet each group warmly and set a positive first impression for the course.
• Explain daily course rules, cart restrictions, and pace expectations clearly.
• Provide information about course layout and facilities as needed.
• Greet guests by name when possible to personalize service.
• Maintain an accurate tee sheet and smooth flow of groups to the first tee.
