Job summary

Arcis Golf seeks an Assistant Golf Professional at Ocotillo Golf Club in Chandler, AZ. You will help manage day-to-day golf operations and strive to deliver an exceptional experience for members and guests.

The role requires Level one certification, two years of college or equivalent experience, and strong communication skills; you will train staff, oversee pace of play, and develop programs.

Qualifications

• Level one certification or greater required.
• 2 years of college or equivalent experience preferred.
• Golf operations background and instruction experience.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the golf operation in conjunction with the Head Golf Professional
• Track and verify all players and guests, golf cars, club care, lockers, handicap fees, and other charges necessary, and facilitate proper controls
• Monitor the reservation system and pace of play
• Develop, manage and oversee tournament, golf instruction, and golfer development programs
• Assist in training, supervising and motivating the golf operations staff to meet facility objectives
