Job summary

The City of Arlington is seeking a candidate for a position in the Golf Division of the Parks and Recreation Department. This role focuses on providing exceptional dining experiences, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in the kitchen.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess or be able to get a Food Handlers and TABC permit. The job also involves a background check and drug/alcohol testing.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid Food Handlers Permit and TABC permit.

Responsibilities

• Provide a dining experience that meets or exceeds guest expectations.
• Process guest orders that are prepared properly and on a timely basis.
• Submit food orders to kitchen using a restaurant point-of-sale system.
• Observe diners to ensure that guests are satisfied and respond to additional requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of front-of-the-house area.
• Clear tables after guests leave.
• Remove litter, mop floors, and clean service areas.
• Provide assistance in the kitchen, receive deliveries, and restock supplies as necessary.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages.
