Job summary

The Canyon Mesa Townhouse Association is seeking a Townhouse, Golf Course & Pool Maintenance Technician to maintain community facilities, golf course grounds, irrigation systems, and pool facilities. The role requires knowledge of pool chemistry, landscaping, equipment maintenance, and safe work practices, reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent.

Qualifications

Experience with pool water chemistry, pool systems, hydraulics, and equipment maintenance.
Knowledge of landscaping, irrigation systems, turf management, and grounds maintenance.
Ability to diagnose and repair building, pool, irrigation, and equipment issues.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Pool maintenance: test water, adjust chemicals, clean and backwash systems, inspect equipment.
Building and facilities maintenance: exterior repairs, stucco, painting, and preventative care.
Golf course and grounds maintenance: mow greens, trim landscaping, and keep areas safe and presentable.
Irrigation and equipment maintenance: inspect and repair irrigation systems and related components.
General: perform work orders safely, document activities, and work outdoors in varied weather.
