Qualifications

Punctual and friendly demeanor with strong communication.
Reliable transportation is required.
Golf or customer service experience preferred.
Able to work on feet for extended periods and irregular hours.
Basic computer skills are expected.
Capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Patrols the golf course to ensure smooth play and safety; assist injured or ill players.
Inspects player registration and green fee tickets.
Prevent players from entering the course beyond the starting tee.
Advise players to speed up or slow down to alleviate bottlenecks.
Explain golf rules to settle disputes.
Monitor pace-of-play and enforce policies as needed.
Rake sand traps, repair ball marks, and sweep tee mats as part of upkeep.
Transport signage and assist players on and off the course.
Assist in pro shop tasks and general duties affecting player experience.
