Century Golf Partners is seeking a Players Assistant/Marshal/Ranger to monitor pace of play and assist guests on the golf course. The role emphasizes friendly customer service and collaboration with staff, with a fast-paced environment outdoors.

Ideal candidates are punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible hours. Prior Food & Beverage or Retail experience, plus basic computer skills, are a plus for handling registrations and rule explanations.

Qualifications

• Punctuality and a friendly, outgoing personality are essential.
• Reliable car transportation is required.
• Experience in Food & Beverage or Retail preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Basic computer skills and understanding are expected.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work many hours on feet and at irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Patrols the golf course to maintain safety, pace, and customer care.
• Inspects player registration and green fee tickets.
• Prevents unauthorized entry beyond starting tee. Advises on pace-of-play.
• Explains rules to settle disputes and maintains course etiquette.
• Enforces alcohol and dress code policies as needed.
• Maintains golf course by rake sand traps, repair ball marks, sweep tees.
