Job summary

Grand Canyon University is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to greet guests, assist with golf operations, and keep driving ranges and carts in top condition. The role emphasizes customer service, reliability, and a proactive hospitality mindset in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

You will be responsible for cart maintenance, range setup, cleanliness, and assisting managers with daily tasks. A high school diploma and 2 years in customer service are required, along with ability to work early

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift light loads.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, helpful demeanor.
• Maintain golf carts and practice facilities.
• Assist with daily golf operations and ensure service areas are clean and organized.
• Set up and break down driving range and ensure range balls are ready.
• Wash and stage golf carts with scorecards and supplies.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and club dress code.
• Support maintenance of carts and safety procedures as needed.
