The Clubs at Arrowhead, King - Glendale, AZ, part of Arcis Golf, seeks an Outside Service Supervisor to lead Outside Service Attendants and ensure cart cleanliness and top-tier service for members and guests. You will assist members with golf bags, manage cart staging, provide carts, and help maintain the range and bag storage; a friendly, proactive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service and golf course operations.
Ability to supervise outside service attendants.
Willingness to learn and perform, maintain friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

Supervise Outside Service Attendants to ensure outside operations meet cart cleanliness and customer service standards.
Assist members with golf bags, loading/unloading onto carts, club cleaning services, and maintain bag storage system.
Provide carts for member and guest play by bringing them to cart staging area and returning them to cart storage free of debris, towels, and scorecards.
Operate equipment to retrieve range balls and arrange baskets and range balls per club standards.
